Autodesk Secures AI Agents with Permiso Security

Permiso Security has launched new AI agent runtime security capabilities, and Autodesk is the first customer. This new technology gives security teams continuous visibility into AI agent activity in both cloud and on-premises environments. Permiso's platform now covers what it calls the fastest-growing and least-governed identity class in the enterprise. Security teams can discover all agents, whether managed or unmanaged, and track their actions, events, tool calls, and data access. Autodesk is using these capabilities to secure agents across its products, global workforce, and cloud infrastructure. Sebastian Goodwin, Autodesk's Chief Trust Officer, noted that Permiso was already their identity security platform, making this partnership a natural progression for AI identities. This matters because as enterprises rapidly deploy AI agents that make autonomous decisions, monitoring their actions becomes crucial for security.
