ChatGPT Scheduled Tasks: Automate Reminders & More

OpenAI is rolling out a new feature for ChatGPT called Scheduled Tasks. This allows ChatGPT to automate reminders and recurring activities. What's interesting is that this update will let the AI assistant perform background tasks and deliver updates without needing repeated user prompts. You can set up actions to run automatically at specific times or under certain conditions. This helps ChatGPT handle recurring activities and monitor topics of interest. There will be a dedicated section within ChatGPT for managing these automations. For example, ChatGPT Go users can have up to three active tasks, while Plus subscribers get five. Business and Education accounts can support ten, and Pro and Enterprise users can manage fifteen. Automated tasks can run no more than once an hour. This means ChatGPT is becoming a more proactive digital assistant, handling routine activities and monitoring information.
