Dukascopy AI Trading: Chat-Based Execution via ChatGPT & Claude

Dukascopy Bank has launched a new AI-powered trading feature. Clients can now interact with trading accounts using chat-based assistants like ChatGPT and Claude. These assistants connect directly to JForex trading accounts through a Model Context Protocol server. This allows users to execute trades, manage positions, analyze markets, and monitor risk using natural language. For example, you can say, "Close half of my gold position." The bank says this moves away from traditional trading interfaces, eliminating the need for terminals or complex navigation. Andre Duka, CEO of Dukascopy Bank, states that technology is central to their operations. The AI feature is currently available on JForex demo accounts with virtual funds. Support for live trading accounts is planned for summer to autumn 2026. This means traders will soon have a new, simplified way to manage their investments.
