Oppo Reno 16: AI Snap Key Compares ChatGPT, Gemini

Oppo has launched its new Reno 16 series smartphones, featuring an AI Snap Key. This key allows users to compare responses from ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity side-by-side. The Reno 16 and Reno 16c are now available in India. The Reno 16 starts at Rs 61,999, while the Reno 16c begins at Rs 46,999. The Reno 16 has a 6.32-inch AMOLED display and a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset. The Reno 16c uses a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset. What's interesting is the AI Snap Key's functionality. It saves screenshots and notes, triggers voice recording, and opens AI Mind Pilot. This Mind Pilot routes queries to different AI models, letting users compare results. Oppo also includes tools like AI Bill Manager and Voice Translation. The bottom line is that this design treats AI model choice as a user-facing feature, rather than locking users into one assistant.
