Google Cloud & Samsung Partner for Agentic AI Expansion

Google Cloud is expanding its partnership with Samsung to accelerate agentic AI. Google Cloud will roll out its Gemini Enterprise AI platform to employees across Samsung's Device eXperience, or DX, Division worldwide, including in Korea. This is Google Cloud's largest enterprise agentic artificial intelligence deployment in the country to date. The goal is to set a new global benchmark for workplace productivity and operational innovation. Ruth Sun, president of Google Cloud Korea, said Gemini Enterprise provides a secure foundation for Samsung employees to enter true enterprise AI. The companies are building a dual-structure system. The Gemini Enterprise App will serve as a conversational hub, connecting Samsung's internal systems. This lets employees search and synthesize internal knowledge in real time. The rollout also prepares for more advanced, autonomous multistep AI agents managing complex workflows. The long-term goal is for both developers and non-developers at Samsung to build their own AI agents. Google Cloud plans to offer low-code and no-code tools for teams like human resources and marketing. To protect sensitive data, Gemini Enterprise will run in a dedicated Google Cloud tenant environment exclusive to Samsung's DX Division. This ensures strong data sovereignty. This partnership could transform how large enterprises use AI for productivity and innovation.
