OpenAI is now displaying Kalshi's World Cup prediction market odds within ChatGPT search results. This integration is not publicly promoted by either company. For example, a ChatGPT search showed France with a 60% chance of beating Spain in a semifinal. Another search gave England a 55% chance against Argentina. Kalshi's own site, however, priced France's chance of advancing at 59% and Spain's at 41% in that same matchup. This difference reflects how prediction market prices change constantly. OpenAI labels these results as "Source: Kalshi" and states the data is for informational purposes only. Users cannot place bets through ChatGPT. This marks OpenAI's first partnership with a prediction market. The bottom line is that this deal gives Kalshi a new way to reach a wider audience.
